| I have
designed this site and its content mostly (but
not exclusively) for overworked, overachiever
X-Gen women who want to enjoy their after-office
lives starting by not feeling miserable at their
workplace. They are women who want to have fun, who
want to enjoy their relationships, their
passions, who want to have energy to do and have
it all. If you’re
a small business owner…
You have a business that
may or may not be your dream business. Maybe
it’s a biz you inherited, maybe it’s your
practice, maybe it’s a shop… it doesn’t really
matter. Chances are you are putting in more
hours than in a 9 to 5 job and you feel
exhausted. When the time comes to turn off the
lights in your biz, you’re so tired you just
want to go home and sleep.
Pretty close to your life?
Forget about getting pretty, going to classes to
develop your passion, forget about your passion
in your life and also in bed, forget about
cultivating relationships and friendships. If
you drag yourself to do something after your
workday, you might feel energized for about 30
seconds but after that you’re back into tired
mood.
Problem comes when you
start a new day and you have to show up. Heck!
It’s YOUR biz and even if you have a staff, some
decisions must be taken solely by you so it’s
not like you can just sit on the beach and relax
and enjoy the revenue falling from the sky. I’m
sure you’re not in that place yet (remember the
Donald still has to go to office and work every
day to keep his millions). The cycle starts
again and it looks like only a vacation can save
you. Or a sabbatical. Only to find that it’s not
the answer either.
What if you’re a
corporate employee?
No matter if you’re the
receptionist or the CEO, I still have to find
someone in corporate who doesn’t feel overworked
and underpaid. Deadlines, managers, directors,
co-workers… some times it feels like you’re
living in hell (I bet sometimes the AC doesn’t
work and it truly FEELS like hell!). Dealing
with the insecurities of other people, their
pettiness, their shortcomings and your own mega
high standards for yourself just leaves you out
of the game after your workday is done.
Don’t you secretly wish
you could have the energy to go out until the
wee hours and hang out in bars or a restaurant
like some girls seem to do? Wouldn’t it be
awesome to go out for a cocktail with your
girlfriends to gossip about the latest whatever
and put your mind in blank? If only you weren’t
so tired… if only there’s wasn’t that deadline
for tomorrow at 8am, if only you didn’t have to
go to bed NOW because it’s 1am and you’re still
working and you have to get up at 5am…
Is there hope?
You bet! In my newsletter,
classes, courses and this site I will teach you
how to make the most of your work day, how to
optimize it so later you can enjoy the
after-work life TODAY, not when you retire.
You know, a job, or a biz,
or being your own boss will not make you feel
good. We all fantasize it will only because we
tend to think the grass is greener on the other
side. Both sides sometimes wish they were on the
other one.
Happiness is not at the
end of the rainbow, it’s not after this project
is over, is not on the vacation.
Happiness can be achieved
right now. It’s a matter of turning a few bolts
on yourself so you don’t feel drained while
you’re making money.
Happiness is an INSIDE JOB
I know you have to do
something to make money. We all do. The thing
is, when you drain yourself at it, it becomes
your whole life. I am 100% certain that your
DON’T want it to be your whole life, the sole
reason for your existence, but that’s what
normally happens. You lose yourself.
I’m here to tell you how
to make the most of your life both in and out of
the office.
Stay here if:
-
You are sick tired of
being sick tired, and want to claim your
life back
-
You are clear about what
you want and why you want it
-
You want to have fun
discovering the world, your country and your
city
-
You love the good life
-
You love to pamper
yourself but right now you have no idea of
WHEN you’ll be able to do that again
-
You want to make the
right life choices for YOU
-
You have a can-do
attitude
-
You want to have your
cake and eat it too
Really, there is hope.
Don’t just trust my word. Give it a try and
check out for yourself.
